Week 2: Day 10

I slept in a bit today, it was nice. I thought about skipping the gym today and just head to the office…but I didn’t! The workout was a good one, I pushed myself to the limit. Upper body days are good, and I enjoy them. The only thing I don’t like about upper body day is the shower afterwards, it hurts my arms to wash my hair. Oh well it’s worth it.

Weigh In: 315 lbs.
Total Weight Loss: 9 lbs.
