Week 2: Day 8

Weigh in: 318. I think that I need to measure everything else, like my neck, waist, arms, legs, and body fat, to truly gauge how I’m doing. Because I am growing crazy big muscles, which we all know weighs more than fat, so I want to make sure that what I am doing is actually working.

Some guy at the gym today told Kellie that Body for Life didn’t work for him, I hope that it wasn’t discouraging to her….but come on now, she doesn’t really need to lose any weight, she is smokin hot already! For real.

Lunch was good, breakfast was OK, and I have no idea what is for dinner. We’ll see. Bring on the weight loss.
